At Mozao Swim, we are committed to quality and to making sure you love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original tags and hygiene liners must be intact

Proof of purchase is required
For hygiene reasons, items that do not meet these standards may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is approved within the 7-day window, your refund will be issued within 48 hours to your original payment method.
Store Credit
After 7 days from delivery, refunds are no longer available. Eligible returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used on any future purchase and does not expire.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or style, subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable, store credit will be provided.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount, on sale, or during promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
